In accordance with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) regulations effective March 31, 2026, this page provides our customers in McKinney and Anna with transparent access to third-party laboratory testing and our mandatory safety protocols.
7 Sins Vapor strictly adheres to the 0.3% Total THC limit (Total THC=Δ9−THC+(0.877×THCA)). All hemp-derived products are intended for adults 21 years of age and older.

SAFETY PROTOCOL
2. Official Product Recall Plan
In compliance with 25 TAC §300.207, 7 Sins Vapor maintains a rigorous written plan to protect our customers in the event of a product safety issue.

Monitoring
We perform daily audits of manufacturer safety alerts for all brands, including Chronic Harvest, Torch, and NYB.

Quarantine
Any product flagged for inconsistency or non-compliance is immediately pulled from shelves at our McKinney and Anna stores and placed in a locked quarantine.

Public Notification
If a recall occurs, we will post a Safety Alert at the top of this page and place physical signs on our storefront doors.

Customer Outreach
We will use our Point-of-Sale (POS) records to directly contact customers who purchased affected batches.

Safe Disposal
Recalled products are returned to the manufacturer or destroyed according to DSHS hazardous waste protocols.
